The project you are viewing shows a typical kitchen and living room separated by walls. Our job involved knocking out walls and re designing the space to accommodate an open floor plan. We removed all of the kitchen and the interior walls separating the two spaces. We installed structural headers to carry the load of the roof and introduced a clear span beam. All of the flooring and fireplace coverings were also removed.
As part of the renovation we replaced all water and waste lines. We introduced a new on demand hot water system and ventilation system. All circuitry was upgraded to the panel and new lighting schemes were introduced.
We installed custom red birch cabinetry and corian countertops. We installed new porcelain tile floors and faux wood beams. The fireplace received a cultured stone facelift with a recessed spot for TV. All new appliances were installed and furniture was brought in. The photos to the left show the kitchen before the renovation, and the photos to the right show the kitchen after.
