In order to meet the needs of their clients, the Arc of Delaware County had Delta Engineers & Architects design an upgrade to their Hamden cafeteria facility. The designed scope called for new suspended ceilings, energy efficient lighting and modification to the HVAC system. There was also a need to improve the entry to the dining area and the need for a new cabinetry and service counters. We removed all the old ceilings and light fixtures, as well as the old HVAC distribution vents. We removed the old double door way and old cabinets.

The walls were painted and then we installed new Brookhaven cabinets and Corian counter tops. We installed a new 48” single door and trimmed both sides of the opening. A new suspended ceiling system was installed that included energy efficient lighting and new HVAC diffusers. We worked with project architect Lee Marigliano from Delta Engineers to get the job done, on time and on budget.
